    "Did a thorough inspection beforehand. Clear written estimate and that was the final price. No "changes" for some unknown reason. They stated when they said, finished pretty close to the target date. They found a rotten beam, explained they issue and fixed it without additional charges. Crew explained everything they did, asked us to check the work daily. They fixed the few things we asked about without any hassle at all. Will gladly recommend them and are planning on using them for the next improvement we are planning. "
